RNothobranchius furzeri est un nouveau modèle dans l'étude du vieillissement. L'histologie de ce poisson, dont l'évolution des tissus au cours du temps est peu connue et décrite, représente une approche pertinente pour ce type d'étude. La première partie de cette thèse, bibliographique, présente ce modèle et justifie son intérêt dans l'étude du vieillissement. La deuxième partie, expérimentale, a été menée en collaboration avec l'équipe 2 de l'institut RESTORE qui a fourni les individus de l'étude. Des lames histologiques réalisées sur des poissons des 2 sexes et d'âge variant de 1 à 8 mois ont été numérisées et annotées sur la plateforme Cytomine. Le manuscrit vise à décrire l'histologie des différents organes et tissus afin de constituer un atlas histologique de référence de Nothobranchius pouvant servir de support aux études utilisant ce modèle. Cet atlas, sur lames numériques, doit pouvoir être rendu disponible à la consultation pour la communauté scientifique. Ce travail s'inscrit dans le cadre du projet INSPIRE, mené en Occitanie depuis 2019, dont l'objectif est de définir des marqueurs histologiques et biologiques du vieillissement.[-]
